I am starting my professional journey as a Production Engineer and then - Project Manager, working diligently on both global and local investments related to new and existing production lines, as well as IT solutions at GSK. During that time, I was particularly passionate about hardware projects and non-Agile methodologies
I discovered a different world where projects are delivered iteratively, in smaller pieces, based on continuous client feedback—and I fell in love with this approach. This led me to transition into the IT industry, where I began working with developers and designers on various web and mobile applications.
Currently, I am the Head of Production at a Polish software house, where I have successfully delivered a wide range of projects. I am consulting with clients their delivery processes, product ideas, go-to-market strategies and defining scopes of their MVPs.
